Futura Card Services Signs Agreement with PaySpot to Distribute Futura Prepaid

ENCINITAS, California, May 7, 2007 – Futura Card Services, a division of
Stored Value Cards, Inc., provider of prepaid debit cards, gift cards and remittance
cards, announced today that it has signed an agreement with PaySpot, Inc., a subsidiary
of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT) and a leading prepaid provider in the U.S.,
to distribute Futura™ Prepaid MasterCard® products to PaySpot’s
nationwide network of stores.
Open-looped or network-branded stored value cards have become an increasingly
important segment of the gift card and prepaid, reloadable debit card market.
Futura Card Services has established a unique position in the prepaid industry
by offering the unbanked consumer an instantly issued embossed MasterCard gift
card, or a reloadable prepaid debit MasterCard at the point of sale, creating
instant gratification for all Futura cardholders.

PaySpot began offering the prepaid MasterCard gift card product from Futura in
early 2007, and is preparing to launch the prepaid MasterCard debit program to
its Independent Sales Organization (ISO) channel before the end of Q2 2007.

residing in the U.S. to send a secondary card (Futura™ Mundial MasterCard)

card, money can be transferred from card to card anywhere on the Futura™
